You can change all your account information (including email, password and zip code) with the following steps: From mobile: To update your account information, first launch the Pandora app. Select the Profile tab and open the Settings gear in the upper right corner. Go to Account. Update your account preferences as necessary (e.g., email address, password, etc.) Save your changes when you're done. From web: Visit pandora.com on your computer and signing in. Next, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. Under Account you can make any necessary changes to your registration information, including your email address and password. Be sure to save your changes when you're done. Hey @theribguy! Just wanted to follow up. I've been speaking with an engineer who has been looking into this and we've hit a wall. They took a deep dive and we can see the communication from Alexa to Pandora to retrieve music, however, Amazon sends us a notification that they have paused playback, with no errors. This is when we think the music stops for you. Unfortunately, we aren't able to tell if this is Amazon requesting the pause or if it's coming from Bose. Thanks for the follow up and for the feedback @Seangil86! It sounds like Google was confused about the artist request, since the names are so similar. I'm not aware of any changes on our end. In my experience with Google Home, Alexa and Siri, it's often best to be specific as possible, it leaves little room for the request to be mis-interpreted.  I'm currently experiencing an issue where my Google Home will only play playlist and I can't get it to play a station even after I've specifically requested which station. 😔 In the meantime, I've shared your experience with our products team / Google. @MetalRider Thanks for trying that out.  Unfortunately, I don't have any other troubleshooting steps I can offer. Pandora does not support Wear OS and the app is no longer available for download in the Google Play Store.  If you've previously downloaded the app to your watch, you'll continue to have access but we can't predict the behavior you’ll experience. Hi @Jtconte! Thanks for posting your experience with your Samsung TV Manufacturers are usually responsible for the implementation of the Pandora application on their devices. Some devices may lack similar functionality you'd find on others, like Roku.  Samsung offers about 8 varieties of remotes and the functionality varies depending on the TV, in most cases, using the 'Home' button should return you to either the menu or live TV.   In the meantime, I've passed on your feedback to our products team.
