You'll get the hang of your new computer! They say practice makes perfect, just have to get through the frustration at times. I've been going through something similar, learning curves can always be tough.
I was asking some extra questions to get a better sense of how often you use Pandora. Sometimes, if it's been awhile, you may be logged out but this shouldn't happen too often.
Most of the time troubleshooting with iPhone is pretty basic, usually uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app, and turning your phone off completely, and then back on again.
In your first message you said you "lose Pandora and it is usually months before I reconnect". Is that because you aren't able to log back in, not sure how to log back in or something entirely different?
I know it seems like a lot of questions, but still trying to get a better sense of what your experience is like.

The answers given here by Pandora community managers are a willful slight of hand, and intentional misread of what users are asking for. Nobody cares I assure you about how to delete one individual podcast episode or channel. Users want the entire podcast module removed from Pandora because we don't want it. There are many other avenues on the internet to get podcasts. Pandora wants a piece of this traffic to drive other sales of upgrades. That's all well and good, just keep podcasts in their own lane and quit auto promoting them to top level without users' choice, and stop gating off immediate access to playlists. When will Pandora realize that people love their own playlists, they don't love podcasts on this platform?

Pandora Plus is a little sneaky. It's not revealed to consumers in advance that you will not be able to access your playlists on Pandora Plus. This is a pretty slimy way to treat consumers who pay for an upgrade. Is there anything more that plus does other than remove ads during a listening session? All those other injected ads are just a ploy to induce users to pay $6 more per month to get premium. Be more transparent.

Does the Pandora load?
If Pandora loads, does it appear to play music, but no sound?
In the meantime, I recommend power cycling your TV by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes. Then plugging it back in and trying once more.

I agree. I used to use Pandora primarily in the car for long drives, switching stations as needed. Using Bluetooth Audio only allows Play/Pause and Next functionality. This means that to change stations, I'd have to pull over, unlock my phone and change the station - or attempt to do all of that unsafely while driving! If it provides incentive, Amazon Music DOES support Android Automotive, so I guess I'll have to switch to that app.

I checked the account linked to your community profile and I can see that you're already a paying subscriber, so yes, we'll automatically prorate the cost of your first Premium Family payment to reflect the remainder of the subscription period you've already paid for. To upgrade to Premium Family, you'll need to log into your Pandora account from a web browser and visit the subscription details page. Once you are there, click or tap on Switch Plans.
