Unfortunately, we cannot allow children under that age to open or have their own accounts for the Pandora service. Thanks for posting to community.  I moved your message over to: Pandora Plus vs. Premium I checked your Pandora account and see that you're currently upgraded to Pandora Plus, not Premium, through Google Play.  Plus has different features than Premium. You can check out my post above for more details on this. If you'd like to upgrade to Premium, you can do this from your Android device: Open the Pandora app and sign in (if necessary). Go to your stations list and tap the menu icon in the top left corner. Select Subscription. From here you can view your current plan, as well as your options for upgrading to Pandora Premium. **Please note: If you upgrade directly through Google Play, you will immediately be transitioned into Premium, and the unused portion of your current Pandora Plus subscription will be applied to that cost. Hi @kendenny thanks for the follow up with that info.  Since licensing regulations require a Pandora Premium subscription in order to be able to listen to your station in "Artist Only" mode, free listeners and Pandora Plus subscribers will be able to view an advertisement in order to initiate a complimentary Premium Access session. This will give you access to 'Artist Only' for the duration of the session, however when it ends, the station will automatically reset to 'My Station' As for the other two stations you mentioned, 'Floyd-Parsons Station' and 'Blondie Station', I was unsuccessful at replicating the issue you're having.  I'm happy to pass this along to our engineers to look into more. Can you let me know the device that this has happened on? I'll need to gather some additional details.  Keep in mind, Modes will reset after a period of time, if you log out of Pandora or if you've cleared your history, cookies, cache on your device.  Thanks!     ... Hi @otharj, based on your description is sounds like your PC is going into a power-save mode when it times out or the screensaver is activated. This may be affecting the playback on your computer.  I would recommend adjusting these settings, this may mean not letting the computer 'sleep' when a screensaver comes on and/or adjust any power-save options or turn them off completely.  ... Hi @GregA! Since your device is no longer supported by Pandora, we cannot provide any specific troubleshooting steps for your device. However, I can offer some standard steps that may help. First, make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete. If the problem still persists, I'd try the following if they apply to your Squeezebox: Try connecting directly via an ethernet cable rather than wirelessly (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps. Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device. Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).
