Hi @MaconD The exact same thing happened to me, uninstalling only temporarily resolved the issue. I reported my findings and it's currently being worked on. I don't have a timeline for a fix yet, but will post in this thread when one is available. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Hi @Sfinney48 Thanks for posting! Can you tell me a little more about your experience: What is the make, model and year of your vehicle? How are you connected? USB or Bluetooth Are you using Android Auto or PandoraLink? Can you tell me the Pandora app version? Thanks! Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

Hi @emilycalhoun99! I just received word that this should be resolved. Testing on web now shows the album art and the tracks play without skipping. If you previously collected the album to My Collection, I would remove it and then add it back. Let me know if you still have trouble. Thanks!

Hi @fwd55 Looks like you may have already had all your device connections removed. If you're still having trouble, I recommend power cycling your Onkyo by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, and then try again. If that doesn't help, I'd try a factory reset.

Thanks for following up, @BlueAndOrange. No changes were made on our end, so this may haven been a temporary experience. I understand your reluctance to signing out, but often a new connection can help in most cases. The trace will be remain enabled on your account for the next 7 days. Hi @BlueAndOrange! Thanks for the follow up. I've been investigating and unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate your experience at this time. Testing the tracks you mentioned from your playlist on web work for me. I also attempted to replicate on my iPhone but wasn't able to. At this time, I'm testing to determine if this is an iOS or mobile issue. I've enabled a trace on your account, can you do me a favor and sign out of your account, sign back in, and then replicate your experience once again. Be sure to let me know the date, time (and timezone) and I'll take closer look at the logs. Please note, that signing out will remove all offline content and will need to be re-downloaded to your mobile device. Thanks!

Hi @jwaters270! Can you tell me a little more about your car and set up? What make, model and year is your vehicle? If you have an aftermarket stereo (non-OEM), can you provide me the brand? Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay? Keep in mind, all implementations require you to use a compatible mobile device with an active internet connection. Hi @Betterpanic! Welcome to community. Sorry to hear you're having trouble listening on your Vizio. I recommend checking that your Vizio is up to date with the latest firmware. If an update is available, try loading Pandora after it's completed. If you're still having trouble, we can remove your Vizio connection from your Pandora account and have you run through the set-up process again to see if that will help. Let us know how it goes.

Can you also share a screenshot or picture of what you're seeing when you experience this? The best way to include include a screenshot or picture is through a mobile or web browser. Hi @jamesjonesy! Welcome to community. While you won't be able to shuffle tracks by genre - this is currently not a feature, you should be able to shuffle tracks by an artist. If you haven't already, I'd also try out Pandora Modes for additional ways to listen. To shuffle: Visit the backstage page of the artist you'd like to listen to. Scroll down to 'See all songs'. Select any track to start playback Then from the Now Playing screen, select Shuffle on the right side.

Hi @jsettecase! Sorry for any trouble in your Ford. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before reaching out? If yes, can you let me know which steps. In the meantime, past listeners have mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling has helped them. If you've tried that with out any luck, then I suggest clearing the app data. You can use the following steps to clear the data: Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Killfast11 - welcome to community. Sorry to hear those steps didn't help. I do see that all devices have been removed from your account. My only other recommendation is to to perform a factory reset of your Yamaha and then try again. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Mpmouse79! Welcome to community. Since you mention this is happening on your iPhone, I moved your post over to our iOS Board, which hosts all things related to Apple. Sorry to hear that Pandora isn't loading. If you haven't already, I would first try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. To do that: Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking." Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device. Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @gnaive I created a new post since the experience you reported is slightly different then the previous thread - Apple TV - Menu Bar disappears. I checked my Apple TV and I saw that the Menu Bar had disappeared on my device too. I uninstalled and reinstall the app and now it seems to be working correctly. I haven't been able to repro after playing multiple stations, and moving around the UI a bit. Give it a try and let me know if you're still having trouble.

Hi @Maxthedog! I moved your message over to an existing board: Activating Pandora on In-home Devices You should be able to use the following steps to activate Pandora on your Sony TV. Launch the Pandora application. Select New User. An activation page will appear with a code - leave this code up on the device screen as you continue. From the web, visit www.pandora.com/sony and enter the activation code there. Or, from a mobile device, open the Pandora app and go to Settings, then tap Device Activation and enter the code. Let us know if you run into trouble.
