Upgrading to the Family Plan means that you and up to five other accounts can enjoy all of the benefits of Pandora Premium, while keeping your individual Pandora accounts. As long as each person on the family plan is on their own account, you can all listen to Pandora at the same time. However, you still won't be allowed to play music from a single Pandora account on multiple devices simultaneously. For those occasions when two personal devices are needed to be playing at once, or for use with an in-home device, such a speakers, it's suggested to create a specific account for that device. Looks like you're both upgraded directly through our website. Please use the following directions to change your billing information or subscription plan. To change your subscription from a computer: Using your computer, log in to the Pandora website. Click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner > Settings > Subscription. Enter your new billing information or click Switch Plans to choose a different subscription plan. Click Save when finished and enter your current password when prompted for confirmation. To change your subscription from a mobile device: Go to the Pandora website. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.) Select Update to enter your new billing information and Save your changes. Select Switch Plans to change your subscription option and Confirm. Unfortunately, there's not a way to control the kinds of ads that play on your stations, or to stop particular ads from playing. However, I've noted your request for this functionality. At this time, there isn't a way to rate advertisements during your listening sessions. The Pandora Desktop app? Or, a web browser? Are you using a device? If so, which one? Do any error messages pop up? If so, what exactly does it say? Does this occur when you're listening to a station, playlist, album, or listening to an individual song on demand?
