I'm not seeing an existing subscription associated with your account. In your case, you would subscribe to the tier of your choice versus updating your payment method. If not, please try the following: Click here to request a password reset and make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access. Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process. If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Could you provide additional details around your experience?  What was the ad for?  How were you accessing Pandora when you received the offer? If on a mobile phone, iPhone or Android? Which of your station(s) did you hear/see it on? What day and time did you receive the offer? Did the ad ask you to watch a video, swipe through a gallery of photos, or rotate an image? After doing the activity, did you hear a voice say "your uninterrupted listening starts now" or did you see a black bar saying "Uninterrupted Listening" appear above your album art? Premium Access: Looks like you were using Premium Access, which are complimentary sessions of Premium after watching an advertisement. Then, you were able to subscribe to Pandora through Google Play. While using Premium Access, you wouldn't be able to download or listen to tunes offline. You can find out more about how these free sessions work here: Premium Access Premium Subscription through Google Play: Could you confirm whether you're still having trouble after subscribing to Premium through Google Play? I'd recommend signing out of the app and signing back in, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. It looks like you wrote in about a complimentary session of Pandora Premium, which allows you to interact with an ad in order to listen to content on-demand. Because these sessions are funded by advertisements, you can initiate them without worrying about being charged for Premium. I can share the screenshot with our tech team as well as the requested info below: Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number): Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? *When sharing a photo on community: You can include your screenshot directly in your post on community. This is best done through a web or mobile browser. You will not be able to share a photo through the email notification you may receive.  To take a screenshot on your Android device, press the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time. You may hear a camera shutter sound and your screen will be captured.
