If not, this is something I would recommend to see if it impacts your experience: Android Troubleshooting Device Details: In the meantime, I would like to share your feedback with our tech team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: Samsung S23 Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number): Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? Have you identified any other patterns or notable information? Any error messages? Let me know and I can pass this information along on your behalf. 🎧

Most of the holiday songs from my childhood were influenced by my parents and grandparents. I love the Soulful Holidays station, it reminds me of Christmas at my grandparent's house. The Jackson 5 and The Temptations were (and still are) their favorites around this time of year. As I've become a parent myself, Vince Guaraldi Trio (Holiday) has been my go-to on the rides home from school with my son this season. Thanks so much for sharing, @EricPandora. I really enjoy reading your take on music and can relate. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Yes, after trying out those steps Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Unfortunately, there isn't a fast way to get your content re-downloaded after getting signed out and having to sign back in. This being said, they should begin to download automatically as long as you leave the app open and do not use any other apps at the time. Pandora Premium subscribers can download stations, playlists, albums and songs for offline listening. Your three most popular stations (along with Thumbprint Radio) will automatically download for you to access in Offline Mode. To track the progress of your downloads, you can sort your collection by All, and then tap on the Show downloads only slider. ++ To download music for offline listening: Search for an artist, station, playlist, album, or song you would like to download, and click on its name to visit its backstage page. Tap the Download icon to add it to your offline collection. To view your offline collection (while connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network): Open My Collection. Tap the Added bar underneath the artwork. Select Show downloads only. I hope this helps. Let me know. 🎧

Love all of the traditions posted here! For me, I really enjoy visiting a local holiday or Christmas village for shopping, live music, and hot cocoa. This is my favorite time of year and I look forward to doing all the wintery things. ☃️ @MOHLovesAlaska There's something peaceful about the snow. Have you had your first snow of the season yet? ❄️ @TannerPandora This is a fun tradition! I'm sure the show is fantastic and makes for a memorable holiday experience. 😊 @deardzzz I love real Christmas trees (although I've used a faux one the past couple of years). There's just something about the smell of a real tree. Wishing you and your family a lovely holiday! 🌲 @AdamPandora We do the same! Go out explore different neighborhoods at night to see all of the pretty holiday decorations and lights. Something so simple but enjoyable. Two of my neighbors are currently battling it out with the Christmas decorations in their front yard (they live directly across from one another). They do the same for Halloween too. 🤣 Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season!

Sorry for any frustration this has caused, @eavannette. With Premium, you can have playlists, songs, and stations in your collection since you're able to listen to on-demand content. In order to shuffle your stations, you'll need to sort by stations in order to create a custom shuffle or select Shuffle All. In the meantime, we appreciate your feedback around editing shuffle on Premium.

Troubleshooting: From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):* Open your device Settings Tap Apps Scroll down to find Pandora Select Storage On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can check out Google's help page for steps on how to clear space on your device. Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps. 🎧 *Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know.

You mentioned restarting your device; have you tried clearing the app data to see if that helps? You can find those steps here: Troubleshooting for Android Devices Disable Battery Optimization: You can also try disabling your battery optimization to see if this has an impact. When updating the OS on Android devices, the battery optimization on all apps may be automatically turned back on by default. This can cause performance issues or interfere with playback when the app is backgrounded. Please try the following steps: Open your device Settings and then Apps. Scroll to find Pandora or use Search in the upper right hand corner. Select Battery Next select Unrestricted. Due to the numerous models of Android devices, we are unable to provide step by step instructions for every device. Please look up the steps to manage battery optimization for the specific make and model of your device and disable this for the Pandora app if the above does not apply. ++ Device Details: If none of these options resolve your issue, I'd like to report your experience to our tech team. It's helpful to know the following details about your device: Model: Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
