Hi @ruralwannabe  While Pandora should switch to Offline Mode when it doesn't detect a cellular connection it sometimes may run into trouble. Especially if the connection is unstable or if Pandora detects there there is a connection but it's not strong enough to stream music but not weak enough to push you into Offline Mode.
