if you cannot connect to the internet with Pandora and the App Store, but other apps can, it sounds like the issue is with your Internet connection and not the Apple TV, certainly not with the Pandora app. Have you changed your internet gateway recently? Or any firewall settings? I would try rebooting everything on your network, not just the Apple TV.  I'm talking a hard reboot. Unplug it, count to 20, then plug it back in. Start with your cable modem first, then do any other equipment between it and the Apple TV. Reboot the Apple TV last. I also run Plex and I am able to move between it and any other app on my Apple TV then back to Pandora and they all work. Also note that contacting Apple support you do not need to be a developer or have a developer account. If you were getting those prompts you were on the wrong page.  The support forums may ask for an Apple ID, but I'm assuming you created one when you set up your Apple TV. Good luck! ... View more

Note that if you have a newer Apple TV remote you can also double tap the top of the ring on the Apple TV remote to do the same thing and force quit the Pandora application. This is handy for those who have turned swipe gestures off. So again, the steps are: - Double tap the home button. It is the top right button on the Apple TV remote next to the one labeled menu. It has an icon on it that looks like a TV set. - Swipe to the right until you see a slightly zoomed out picture of the Pandora application, which will probably be a solid blue screen with the word Pandora. If you have swipe gestures turned off you will have to tap the right side of the touchpad or the ring around the touchpad depending on what version of the Apple TV remote that you have. - From there, force quit the Pandora application by making a large swipe up gesture on the touchpad of the remote, or double tapping the top of the touch part of the remote on older remotes or the ring on the newer remotes. - Press the home button once which should take you back to your regular Apple TV menu. From there you can re-launch the Pandora app and you should find yourself logged back in with all of your stations. To reiterate, you do not have to reinstall the Pandora application to fix this, you simply have to force quit it. Pandora has said that this is a workaround until the new version of the Pandora app is released, which should be soon it sounds like. I have this issue also, almost daily, but I DO NOT HAVE TO DELETE AND REINSTALL.  If I simply double-press the Home key on my Apple TV remote, navigate over to Pandora, then swipe up to hard terminate the app, then restart Pandora, I am back where I expect to be, logged in. As a retired iOS developer, I suspect that something is timing out while the app is in background and not being reset properly when the app resumes.  Most likely something session related.  My suggestion to Pandora is to modify your app to time to, if not playing music, completely restore all credentials and establish a new session whenever the app is brought back to the foreground. No joy for me.  I do notice that now instead of say it can't find "Hotel Costas", it is saying the full name "Hotel Costas Radio".  So maybe it just needs time to update internally.  Note that renaming the station never worked for me. Does anyone know if there is a way to "copy" a station?  Maybe if I create a new one based on the settings of the old one it might start playing the songs I thumbs upped from the first station. ... Add my voice to the list of people having this problem. Ironically, I pay for Amazon prime music.  I confess to being a free Pandora user though. The difference for me is, I am playing existing stations on Pandora, not custom created ones.  I have two, Hotel Costas Radio, and Christmas Choral Classics.  Suddenly, about a week ago, it stopped being able to find Hotel Kostas Radio. It tells me "I can't find Hotel Costas", where it used to say "playing Hotel Costas Radio on Pandora."  It's like the word "radio" in the name is confusing it somehow now. Christmas Choral Classics continues to be found and played when I ask for it.  My custom curated stations continue to be found, even ones with the word radio in their name. this happens on all of my devices, which include an original echo, echo dot second and third generations.  So it is not specific device related.  This is a real shame, as this is the most common thing I do on the device.  I equate this to having my favorite dish at my favorite restaurant being taken off the menu. It's very frustrating.  Streaming off my phone is not a good substitute as I cannot say "Alexa, move my music here" when I move around the house.
