Solution Found for "Apps Currently Unavailable" Volvo. Perhaps this works for other vehicles, but only done on Volvo 2015.5 V60 Platinum. By doing a reset to factory defaults the memory or cache is cleared, which allows Pandora to function as expected. Go to settings, select factory default. Keep in mind this clears all your saved data, which means Volvo ID has to be re-entered and you will have to log in to Pandora, so have ID and passwords available. Once that is done you can enjoy your stations again.

2015.5 V60 2.5 AWD Platinum Have been following this thread since inception several months ago, as I have had the same error message-Apps Currently Unavailable (ACU) from Pandora, for many months. First have AT@T in car modem paid and active. Today I decided to attack the problem to see if it is a connection malfunction. Selected apps and tried "Find Fuel", which worked fine. Next went to Pandora as this is my goto app. Pandora opens to previously tuned station, but once I try to select another station up come the "ACU". Selecting OK takes me back to original choice. Tried to Exit and shows "ACU" , but does not exit app. So went to internet connections choices and tried home Wi-FI, same thing. Then tried iPhone Bluetooth connection and the same thing. I made video with iPhone mov, although not aware how to convert to it can be posted here. Have Volvo and Pandora come any closer to a solution. This is long overdue a correction.

Again we have the same problem that occurred in September. 2015.5 Volvo V60 Pandora showing "Unknown Server Error" each time we try to use Pandora. Whereas in the past we have several years of good performance with Pandora, it has now become very unreliable. Previously we launched Pandora and out came our music. Now each time we turn on Pandora it is like gambling that it will work. Please ask your engineers to come up with a stable and reliable solution.

I was contacted and told engineers were aware of problem, then heard nothing more. This morning I tried Pandora again and was presented with log-in screen. Once I logged in Pandora responded and offered the usual menu. Selected a tune and all works well again. So whatever was done by engineers solved the problem. Thank you.

Over the past month each time I try to connect to Pandora the following message appears.
"UNKNOWN SERVER ERROR"
Please advise me how to solve this problem, as this is the second time I have had connections problems with Pandora this year. Previously we have enjoyed Pandora with no difficulties, now we are finding the app very unreliable.

Volvo 2015.5 V60. On April 13 I first posted problems with Pandora. Since then it has only worked sporadically. Now I am getting this "Pandora is not available in this region" (Virginia Beach) So we are into 3 weeks with Pandora continuing to encounter playback problems. Please apply some resources to correct this ongoing problem.

Today I got Pandora working again. Not sure what I did, but first opened Pandora and same problem, nothing would play. Then went to Pandora menu and selected “Browse”. Selected “Classical”, which loaded. Then selected a playlist. which loaded and played. Returned to menu and selected “My Stations”. This loaded and was able to play my choice. So it seems all is back to normal.

Following your instructions I went to the Volvo and logged out of Pandora and then signed back in. List of my stations appeared. I selected one, but Pandora did not display or play the choice.

Have been using Pandora since car was new. In the last few days Pandora loads playlist, but after making selection nothing happens. Selection does not start to play.
