Sorry for the slow response. The page numbers at the bottom of the forum were so light I thought they were greyed out and not applicable.  Unfortunately, clicking the camera has no effect and I can't seem to attach the images. I can tell you that the Playing Now screen looks like it always has except the list of recent stations and SHUFFLE at the top is no longer there. In the My Collection screen, I have sorted the stations alphabetically, but there is nothing anywhere that refers to SHUFFLE. Let me know if there is any more info I can provide. Did you get my reply from several days ago? Neither of the proposed solutions above work. On the NOW PLAYING screen, the list of recent stations and the SHUFFLE button are gone. Likewise on the MY COLLECTION page, there is no reference to SHUFFLE anywhere. This change may have happened when Windows 10 updated to version 1903. What happened to the SHUFFLE option? It has totally disappeared. I have been though many posts and forums. None of the info provided is applicable because the SHUFFLE option is nowhere to be found. It appears that Thumbprint might replace SHUFFLE, but that works differently and is not what I want. Is SHUFFLE still available and if so, how do I find it on my Windows 10 PC.
