Same issue for weeks if not months now. I've searched for solutions & keep seeing posts within the community that Pandora is marking as "resolved" although they're not providing an actual solution. To Pandora: 1) you shouldn't be able to mark something resolved if there isn't an actual solution to fix it 2) this is affecting tons of people and y'all know that so ... what gives? 3) I think the only thing that works right now is signing in on an actual computer. You can add variety there. I get the same issue as the OG poster when using the Pandora app (up-to-date - Version 2403.1) on my Samsung Galaxy S22 with operating system One UI Version 6.0 Android version 14.
