Hello, I have a family plan. When I sent the invite request to my mom’s email, she’s asked for a password. Using my password for her email did not work. How do I establish a password for my mom’s email as a new user?

Today we upgraded to Pandora family premium. Why is the extra family member who now has an account hearing ads after they thumbs down a few songs? I thought with the premium subscription no ads would play. Please advise.
