Hi Everyone, I just wanted to state the following: 'I'm not promoting or affiliated with the brave browser in anyway shape or form'. With that being said, at least when I'm using brave beta (I currently have it set as my default browser on the computer I'm typing this on), up in the address bar when you are on any website, there's a little padlock emblem right next to the website address, when you click on the padlock you are presented with several different topic's, at the bottom of that list is one labeled 'site settings', when you click on it you are taken directly into the brave setting's area for that site and are shown all of the different option's that you can change on that site. For the pandora site the most important one in the list is 'auto play', I changed it from the default setting to 'block', and at least so far the music doesn't play automatically anymore..YEAH !!! Hi, I'm unable to use my groupon offer ($0 for 3-Month Subscription to Pandora), while I'm on the groupon web page in the my stuff area & click-on my groupon's & click on 'redeem online', I'm taken to the pandora website & after logging in I'm immediately presented with a prompt that says "This Offer Isn't Valid". It's bad enough that pandora play music automatically (which could easily be fixed by adding a setting for that), & now I can't use my groupon offer either. David

Hi All, To be honest I really don't think this will ever actually get addressed, because like some other user's have stated, they consider it a feature & not a setting. I've even considered approaching sirius xm about this as they bought pandora some time ago now. But then again, would it really do any good ? David

Hi All, To be honest then, by the developer's @ pandora considering the 'auto launch play on startup' as a feature & not an issue, it may never actually get implemented because I would think that unless a large part of the listener base like to see our request actually implemented, it probably won't ever happen. To me that's not really fair to the user's of the service that would NOT have the music start auto play when the app gets opened. To better serve the listener's of the service & to actually help prevent listener's from leaving the service & choosing one that doesn't perform that way I think they should at least add that setting somehow, that way the best interest's of both group's would be better served & hopefully we'd all be happy & satisfied. Hi Everyone, I received an offer this morning for 3 months of the premium service in my email, just because I have the amazon alexa app on my phone and on other devices. In some ways I'm kind of sorry I did so, because as soon as I logged into my account, the last thing I had been listening to previously started playing automatically. It's really a shame that someone that's associated with either pandora or their owner (Sirius XM) can't seem to offer listeners a solution to this ongoing issue. I'm already a subscriber to siriusxm and I've been tempted to contact someone there to see if they even know about the issue. The good thing is as long as I cancel my premium subscription before a payment is due, I won't be charged anything. David

Hi FeliciaM6, Not trying to be rude to you in any way, but I've always loved the name ' Felicia ' for some reason. I surely agree with everyone else as to what's being talked about here. I don't know if you know this or not but pandora was purchased by siriusxm some time ago now. I think that's what bothers me the most, as I'm currently a subscriber to siriusxm, I've always had such great success when dealing with them when I had an issue, I really wish some of that customer service should be adapted by pandora. Hi, Can plus members listen to desired playlist while using the pandora app? I saw several that I wanted to listen to but when I pressed the play button nothing starts playing. I thought I could listen to playlist's by being a plus member . Thanks

Hi, I agree with other user's, adding a setting to let subscriber's turn off auto play would be great ! I just recently signed up for pandora plus because I frankly couldn't afford the monthly cost of the premium version. And besides that I already have a sirrus xm account that I also use to listen to various thing's, by the way I'm sure that most people know by now that pandora was purchased by sirrus xm recently. I decided to add to my original post because I felt the need to. I'm also a spotify subscriber, thank goodness their app has this feature already, of course I'm speaking for myself, but it sure makes using their app a lot more enjoyable.
