Thanks so much for posting, and I'm sorry for the trouble with downloading your tunes. Looks like you have a Pandora Premium subscription associated with your account.
@AdamPandora mentioned this in his post above and I think it may be helpful.
Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit.
Could you try signing out of the app on your Samsung S5 and sign back in?
This will actually reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes.
