Are you using the built-in Pandora app directly on your GMC’s infotainment system, or is your phone connected (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto)?
If you’re using your phone, what type of device are you using (iPhone or Android)?
When the connection drops, do you see any specific error messages on the screen?
Does the music stop completely, or does it buffer and then resume?
Have you noticed if this tends to happen in certain areas, or does it feel more random?
Depending on how you’re connected, the troubleshooting can look a little different, so this will help point us in the right direction.
In the meantime, if you are using your phone to stream, one quick thing to check is whether your cellular connection stays consistent while driving, as brief drops between towers can sometimes interrupt playback.
