If you need more detailed steps or you don't have the option to use CarPlay or Android auto, could you provide the following information so I can send you something more specific?   What is the make, model and year of your vehicle? How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux) Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
