Hi @ARlo0128  Welcome to the Pandora Community! Sorry to hear you're running into trouble activating Pandora on your Grace Digital device. Just to make sure I understand, are you receiving the activation code on your Grace Digital radio, entering it at pandora.com/activate, seeing the confirmation that activation was successful, and then the radio immediately displays "Access Denied"? If so, could you let me know: The model number and year of your Grace Digital device. Whether this is the first time you've tried to activate it, or if it was previously working. If the "Access Denied" message appears immediately after activation, or after selecting a station.
