My advice to you is to not take it too personally. This is the way things are done now. These companies are transitioning to AI to where they don't even have to be bothered with you. That's going to be the case with any digital platform you go to and you start looking for some kind of customer service. It's just the way things are going to go. If you don't like what they're doing, I would just choose another platform. Don't let it slow your career down. Don't even sweat it. Just move on, and that's what I do. I don't take it personally. I just move on, because these people are on the end, and they're in business for one thing: just for your money. They're sweating artists, and they are bleeding artists like they're bleeding anything else. They're using the artists to make money. To me, just keep your head down and be careful who you do turn your music over to, because there are a lot of sharks out there, as always. Something you should know: that's just the way that goes as far as Pandora is concerned. They're no more and no better or no worse than any of them, any platform you deal with digitally, unless you're dealing with a radio station and dealing with a program director directly. Even some of those are not what they're supposed to be. Just keep your head down, keep your head up, career, stay true to your music, and that's the best you can do. Put the best you out there that you can. Best Regards Gerald Harris c/o Gerald Harris Music
