Can you tell me a little more about what is happening:
Do you receive any error messages? If so, what does it say?
Will the phone connect to your system?
Can you tell me the Pandora app version that's on your phone (let me know if you need help finding that)?
How is your Samsung connected to your system? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
Are you using Android Auto?
Have you experienced a similar issue outside your car or only in your vehicle?
