I have had a Pandora account as long as I can remember. I have had it tied to my Alexa devices for years and my family uses it daily. A couple years ago I upgraded to a family plan and created additional personalized accounts while leaving the original tied to Alexa. Recently there was an issue with8 renewing my subscription and my account reverted back to free with commercials. I immediately corrected that but now my "generic" account tied to Alexa is still playing commercials. I'm worried that if if I unlink it from Alexa it will be lost forever. It was originally tied to an old email address that doesn't exist anymore. I updated the email on the account but that is the same email I use for my personal streams in the family plan. The Pandora website and the Alexa app are both pretty bad when it comes to dealing with accounts. Any idea how I could get my generic Pandora account refreshed in Alexa without losing my years of customization? The only option in Alexa is to unlink the account.  ... View more
