My FireTV cube just now started getting this white screen.
Pandora has been working all day. Watched a PBS show and went back to it. Now it takes a long time for Pandora to load and then I get a pure white screen. Tried clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstalling all with the same results [also rebooted the cube twice and disconnected power for 1 minute]. Works fine on my cell phone and laptop. All other apps on the cube work fine [Netflix, etc.] so it's not the internet connection. What's up with this?

Finger pointing is not a solution. Working together is. Be professional folks and solve this problem. Don't say "it's their problem". Someone on your team needs to be bold, take ownership, and get this to work properly. BTW, do the shareholders know about this? Maybe that would help grease the wheel.

One other symptom worth mentioning is that even though the lag time between pressing a button is long, pressing enter as if the screen showed movement works. For example, scrolling down three stations and pressing enter selects that station even though the display shows the cursor has not moved.

Yes, that's one option and BTW I read your embedded hint in your earlier response. However, my wife prefers the Pandora presentation plus we're premium members streaming 16-44. I'd prefer to move to Qobuz for it's truly higher res offering but despite numerous side-load attempts, I have not been able to make it work. Their display driver thinks it's an Android cell phone and creates a portrait version. Then the Fire TV Cube stretches that version into landscape. It's not pretty. Tried the Amazon music High Res and abandoned it after 2 days on the free trial. My wife hated it. Love the cube.

Same issue here, same length of time experiencing it, same attempts to resolve it, same REALLY long delays between remote control button pushes, same attempts to reset and reinstall with same [zero] results. Love Pandora, can't wait until the fix is rolled out.
