It seemed like yesterday was a vast improvment. Today has been decent, but I'm fairly certain that it is doing the "picks 30 of my stations at random, and goes through them in order" thing I described the other day. (I haven't had the time or patience to keep track like I did earlier, so I can't prove it, but I have 200+ stations, so the chances of the same one coming up during the day should be minimal, and I know for a fact that Golden Smog station has popped up twice already.) ... Update for today, with some interesting information: I kept track of each of my stations as they played today. A total of 30 stations were shuffled thru, and then it cycled back and ran thru the exact same 30, in the exact same order. The first five stations were Raconteurs, Rolling Stones, ABBA, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Halloween Party. After playing thru all 30 again, and starting over with Raconteurs and Rolling Stones again, I decided to remove ABBA from the list to see what would happen. Interestingly, even though ABBA no longer had the blue checkmark - it STILL played a song from the ABBA station. While the ABBA song was playing, I also removed Toad the Wet Sprockets checkmark... and yet, the next song was from that station. However! AFTER that, the next 3 stations were all ones that had not played previously. (It's nearing the end of the day, so I'm unable to continue playing songs in order to see what would happen next.) Hello, Yesterday it seemed to have increased - I was keeping track and things seemed to have improved to about 20 stations... and then at some point the shuffle began to cycle back thru them again (in the exact same order that they had played previously.) I have only just started listening today - about three songs have played so far, and they've all been different stations.I'll keep you updated on that regard. As to the other part of your question - with each listening session, it appeared to be a different set of stations that would repeat. It wasn't always the same stations. So, it did seem that shuffle was working, in that it would randomly pick stations, but then at some point, it would get "stuck" and only shuffle thru those 5 or 6 (or, in the instance of yesterday, 20) stations. ... just to piggy back on my comment - after I wrote it, I logged off (not out - just closed my browser) and then reopened it about ten minutes later. So far, so good. Been about two hours, and my shuffle seems to be randomly going through my stations as intended. *EDIT*  - spoke too soon, apparently. It's started doing it again - seems to be cycling through the same 6 stations. I tried logging off, and logging out and back in, and neither option seemed to work. So glad that I'm not alone in this. Thought I was going insane. My shuffle all has been cherry picking just about 5 or six stations the past couple of days. Today (Friday, April 9th) started off decently, and I thought the problem had finally resolved itself, but, nope. Back to hearing songs from the same five stations. Sigh. Hopefully this can be remedied quickly, the shuffle feature is a HUGE plus that Pandora has going for it, I would hate to have to leave the service, but if it's only going to cycle thru a limited amount of my stations... ...
