Thank you for responding. It appears to be loading fully with no error messages. The song appears on the screen like normal but the timers both say 0:00 and it just stays there. So it looks like the song doesn't fully load. So then I have to log out and reactivate from my phone and then it works. It works some days and some days not. Mostly not until I reactivate it. I have uninstalled the app from the TV several times and it doesn't seem to matter. The TV says everything is current.
