I've been having this problem too for months.  I've tried the Clear Cache and Reset and Reset App Data so many times to no avail.  I've always wondered if it has to do with the app's own Cookie Settings, however when you scroll to the very bottom and try to click on Cookie Settings, nothing happens.  It would be awesome if it was something as simple as that - I am almost positive I rejected cookies, because that's what I do nowadays when everywhere tries to farm all your data - but it would be nice to be able to test out the theory.  So if this ever gets fixed, maybe that gets fixed too?  Or at least maybe someone can test out that theory?   ...
