My mother and I have 2 separate accounts. She has her subscription and I have mine. The app keeps logging us both off of our account and logging it's self in each others accounts. Why is this happening?

I have this problem in my house as well, how do I fix it??
@dru_greer To clarify, does this happen when using a Roku device?
If not, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝
We are having this issue also. And it happens when we are using our iPhones and neither one of us logs out of Pandora. Then suddenly we’ll notice our song lists have changed and we are on each other’s accounts 😩 How do we solve this?
@Pricescobar I recommend you both run through these troubleshooting steps on your devices: Troubleshooting for iOS Devices
Let me know how it goes.
