How to send my question to pandora when I have one.There is no symbol for faxing the quesrion to the

Even in this section I do not find a symbol to send my question to pandora shown on my phone when I sent a response to email there is a symbol on the phone where I click to send my response, bot not here.

Contacting support but not through email

I refuse to continue emailing support. What is another way to get help? I am ready to cancel and get a refund at this point.
