Private messaging isn't actually a feature with the free or paid version of Pandora.

If you'd like to see something like that implemented to the service, I recommend creating a feature request for your suggestion. 💡

@Mytern16  the only way to private chat someone, you can direct message them through private message. If you click on someone's name it will say profile, you can message them from there. Take care and stay safe.

@AdamPandora, @AlyssaPandora - I once had an envelope icon in the top right corner of my community page for, like, an email exchange. Is that the feature of which you're speaking?--my icon is currently gone. Is there any way to get it back/approved?
