I have not heard from your support team. I would like to have my account canceled and to stop being charged immediately! I am going to have to report the charges as fraudulent to my credit card company if this doesn't stop! I have been charged for many, many months without even being able to log in! I will be reporting these charges this afternoon if I don't get contact via email.
