  • Android version (Settings > About Phone):
  • Pandora version (Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen):
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

@Becky_lindberg0 It looks like you may have attempted to attach a screenshot, however it is not properly loading in the Community.

To attach an image, you can click on the camera icon located in the Reply box:

I performed the Android software update on 1/18/22, and now I cannot skip or pause Pandora without unlocking my phone and going into the Pandora app.  The solution posted 12/20/21 does not work.  I am using v. 2112.1, I turned off the widgets, and I restarted my phone, and I still cannot use Pandora on my lock screen.
