Thanks so much for that detailed explanation, @Lanea6021.
I've gone ahead and removed that track from your Russ Radio Thumbs Up playlist for you on my end.
In the meantime, I'd also like to report your issue to our engineering team. Can you send over a bit more info about your device?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
Let me know what you can find out.

Yes thank you J8mk,
The same thing is happening to me. I really need this song deleted because it is filled with curse words and explicit words. It is messing up my entire playlist.
I do not mean any disrespect, but a popular music streaming service like Pandora should make it easier to delete an unwanted song. Please work on this. I like your service but it is very frustrating to deal with something like this that could be so simple to solve. It should not matter which device we are using, the process should be universal across the board. The level of difficulty imposed on your customers is unacceptable.
This criticism is real because I do not want to stop using it because I got tired of the stress but to be honest, I am this close to total exhaustion. Please let me know how I can delete a song.
Wow, you see what I mean?
Hi, @GoCaji. 👋
Thanks for your feedback. I understand how frustrating this can be.
Our engineering team is aware of this issue. We have an internal ticket open to investigate this.
Would you mind providing more details about your device to share with them?
Thanks so much for your help with this. 🎧
So I created a play list and added some songs and want to remove some. when I delete the song in the playlist it disappears but it still plays the deleted songs and when I click on a song in the play list it will play one of the deleted songs.

Hi, @Dragonchick3n. 👋
Thanks so much for reporting this, and for providing your device details.
I've shared this information with our engineering team on your behalf. When the next app version 2107.1 is available soon, please try updating the app to see if the issue persists.
In the meantime appreciate your patience while they work on this. 🎧
The only I found to delete a song is to add a song you want on the playlist and then delete the song you dont want, and it still won't work all the time that is why I suggest adding a song you like.
I figured out a way to delete songs you have to go press the edit button on the playlist and then the (x) button to get rid of the songs you dont want. A glitch i found is if you delete the song by swiping over on it and deleting it, it won't work.
@Bradvenderman We appreciate you providing additional details. Thank you for sharing that workaround. Another workaround is editing your stations from the web (computer) as it will carry over to your mobile device as well.
Have you tried updating to app version 2107.1? Does this issue persist?
Hello,
I have Pandora Premium. I have a Playlist I've been adding songs and removing songs from in preparation for a party. I select edit and remove the songs I no longer want, then I click save. It shows that the song is no longer there. However, the song eventually finds it's way back onto the Playlist. This has happened several times. Please advise
@Shanazz Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

@AdamPandora @I am on the Pandora App via my T Mobile Samasung Galaxy s20 cell phone.
There is no error message.
I click on the Playlist. Press edit. Select the x to delete songs. Then press save.
10 minutes later if I click back on the Pandora App, the songs I erased will have reappeared.
Thanks for following up with that information, @Shanazz.
I moved your post over to the Android space.
Please run through the following troubleshooting steps if you haven't already done so: Android Troubleshooting
If the issue persists would you mind providing your device details to share with our engineers?
Let me know.

After looking online it looks like this is an issue for multiple users with various carries.
Basically, we edit our playlist and press save. The songs deleted will momentarily disappear but eventually reappears back onto the playlist despite having been previously deleted.
I think Pandora will need to investigate this issue as a system error, rather than individual user error.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? This happens when I am connected to WiFi and when I am connected to cellular data.

If you have access to a computer, you can also edit playlists from there, the changes are carried over to your mobile device. I know that this can be inconvenient, however, it's a workaround that you can try if you're interested.
Thanks for your patience while this is being looked into. 🤝
I'm editing my thumbs up Playlist to remove duplicate thumbs up, reorder the list etc, hitting save, and the list is not updating. It reverts back to the same list after I hit save. Very frustrating. I'm on Android.
