How do I stop at my stations from automatically switching? I can be listening to one station or album and then Boom! A switch sound occurs and it goes to another station. it's frustrating. I have a subscription but I'm about over this! I could be listening to Drake and then it'll automatically change to my customized gospel station. Ugghhhh

Hi there, @padupadup02. 👋
Thanks for reporting your experience and running through the steps here: Android Troubleshooting
Could you share a bit more about what is happening?
I do see that you're upgraded to Premium. Does this issue occur when you're listening to a station, individual song, album, station or playlist?
Have you noticed any error messages when this happens?
Let me know. 🎧
Hi there, @ChristinaATL. 👋
I completely understand your frustration with an unprompted switch of your stations during your listening sessions.
At this time, I would recommend running through our basic / advanced troubleshooting steps here.
Let me know if this helps or whether the issue persists. 🎧
Understand your frustration, usually when it switches stations on my phone it goes to offline mode but not always. Does yours always switch to the same station when it glitches?
The switching for me happens when playing from app, casting to Home Mini, or playing from Mini. I use phone browser to play and it behaves perfectly (even when casting) 😕🤔 .
Is yours behaving similarly? Find a solution?
So far streaming from browser and using app for offline is my workaround.
Note to staff: I ran smokeping to server in California and never lost connection, even though Pandora was station jumping.
Hey, @BeachGeek. 👋
This isn't intended behavior and you should be able to listen across all of your devices without this happening.
I would recommend the following:
Feel free to let me know if this helps by responding on this thread. 🔊
Why is it that my station I am listening to will randomly change?

Android version 6.0.1 software version 3.000sp build 77955a3135a6f2f49a66073d379f5ecf using Bluetooth with a klein tools aepjs1 kyocera phone. Plays 1-2 songs in shuffle then changes to a different station. In my case the classic rock station. I have to switch it back to shuffle. After that it usually stays there. hope you can help!
Hi there, @Spikeltd9. 👋
Sorry to hear that you're running into this issue as well.
Looks like you're using Android 6.0 on your device. I would recommend checking out the minimum specifications to run Pandora on Android devices here.
For some Android devices, you can update your operating system by going to Settings > General > About device > Software updates > Check for update.

Also, did you get a chance to try out these steps first?

This issue happens to me ALL THE TIME. Like Every Single Day. It's driving me crazy. I have certain stations that I can listen to at work, and suddenly my super upbeat rock comes on. I am not switching devices. It is always my android phone. Android version 9.
I do cast via bluetooth, but it is to a speaker system. I can be listening for hours, then suddenly it changes unprompted.

This is happening on my phone as well for the past month or two. It seems to happen when I switch from mobile network (streaming to my car, Pandora app on Chevrolet MyLink) to wifi, and vice-versa. Bluetooth devices used are the Chevrolet MyLink and Samsung Buds+
