Hi @nancyreagh

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear the info you found didn’t quite get you where you needed to go, I’m happy to help you figure out the best way to get Pandora playing in your CR-V.

Since setup can vary depending on the specific model and features, could you share a few details?

  • What year is your Honda CR-V?
  • Does your CR-V support Apple CarPlay and/or Android Auto?
  • If so, are you connecting with a cable or wirelessly?
  • What type of phone are you using (iPhone or Android)?

In the meantime, here’s a quick breakdown of the most common ways to listen to Pandora in your vehicle:

• Apple CarPlay (iPhone)
If your CR-V supports CarPlay, connect your iPhone (via USB or wirelessly, depending on your model). Once connected, Pandora should appear on your car’s display so you can control it directly.

• Android Auto (Android)
Similarly, connect your Android device and launch Pandora through Android Auto on your vehicle’s screen.

• PandoraLink (if available)
Some Honda models support PandoraLink, which allows limited control of Pandora through the vehicle’s infotainment system when connected to your phone via USB and/or Bluetooth. Availability can vary by year and trim, so let me know your model year and I can help check.

• Bluetooth (available on most devices)
If CarPlay, Android Auto, or PandoraLink aren’t available, you can still stream Pandora by pairing your phone via Bluetooth:

  1. Pair your phone through your CR-V’s Bluetooth settings
  2. Open the Pandora app on your phone
  3. Start playback and it will stream through your car speakers

Hope these help to get you started.
