Hi!
What are some tracks that you first heard in a movie and instantly added to your playlist? if you remember the scene or why it stood out to you.
Here are the songs I like that I remember now:
Shape Of My Heart by Sting (Leon the Professional)
Born Slippy by Underworld (Trainspotting)
Push It To The Limit by Paul Engemann (Scarface)
Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon by Urge Overkill (Pulp Fiction)
Where Is My Mind? by Pixies (Fight Club)
Army Of Me by Bjรถrk (Sucker Punch)
(I've Had) The Time of My Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes (Dirty Dancing)
Love this post! I couldn't tell you which movie it was but back in the 90s (ions ago) I heard Bohemian Rhapsody, and I was sold instantly!

Hi @TannerPandora I know, it's hard to know the specific movie since that song has been in many movies.
However, whatever it is, we have to be grateful for that movie, because it was the first to show you that musical masterpiece! ๐ ๐ถ
That's a great question!
Crystal - Stevie Nick (Practical Magic) ๐
The Show Must Go On - Queen (Moulin Rouge!) ๐
Cherrybomb - Joan Jett (The Runaways) ๐ค
Hi @zaczermeno Interesting! I didn't know The Runaways had their own movie ๐ฏ
I'll watch it, I like the music of Joan Jett and Lita Ford ๐ค๐
@amendez, here are my favorites...
These Boots Are Made for Walkin' by Nancy Sinatra, (Full Metal Jacket).
Surfin' Bird by The Trashmen (Full Metal Jacket)
Adagio for Strings, Op. 11 No. 2 (From "Platoon") by The City Of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. (Platoon)
White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane (Platoon)
Lose Yourself (From "8 Mile" Soundtrack) by Eminem (8 Mile)
Don't You (Forget About Me) by Simple Minds (Breakfast Club)
The Bridge Of Khazad-Dum (From The Lord Of The Rings) by Eurielle (The Lord Of The Rings)
I Will Always Love You performed by Whitney Houston (The Bodyguard)

@TannerPandora I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Wayne's World.
Take care and GOD bless.
@TannerPandora @MOHLovesAlaska Same here. I "clicked" with Bohemian Rhapsody with Wayne's World.
@amendez Here is my list:
1. Day-O (The Banana Boat Song) by Harry Belafonte (movie Beetlejuice)
2. Crazy (James Michael Mix) by Alanis Morissette (movie Devil Wars Prada)
3. Swan Lake Swan Lake (movie Billy Elliot)
4. Johnny Be Good by Chuck Berry (movie Back to the Future)
@LeonPandora The Banana Boat Song from Beetlejuice is smack. I also loved "Johnny Be Good" from Back To The Future, but my favorite is when Michael J. Fox plays the guitar while the song is playing. He was such a great actor, I feel bad about his condition.
Take care and GOD bless.
'Chick Habit' by April March from the Robert Rodriguez movie Death Proof.
also 'Red Eyed Troll' by The Muffs from the 1995 movie Nat'l Lampoon's Senior Trip (side note: Jeremy Renner's first movie)
@zaczermeno I love Practical Magic. ๐ช That's a good list!
