Astronomy and everything related to the Universe is my favorite subject of all 💜 Here are some surprising facts I have in mind right now: 1) The planet Saturn has such a low density that if you placed it in a large enough pool, the planet would float in the water 😱 2) And speaking of Saturn... if you thought Saturn's rings were beautiful and striking, astronomers discovered an exoplanet they nicknamed Super Saturn! That planet has a ring system... 200 times larger than Saturn's, and scientists continue to discover the reason for such a colossal ring system. Now I understand that one of the reasons is because berries are simple fruits that develop from a single ovary and have several seeds surrounded by a fleshy pulp: Bananas form from a single ovary of a flower and have a fleshy pulp, but the red, juicy part of strawberries doesn't develop from the ovary, but from the flower receptacle. The bees decided to feed directly on these instead of searching for nectar in the flowers. The result? Honey of the most varied colors. 🍯 Attractive but not profitable. For years, France has been one of the world's largest honey exporters. In the Alsace region (where this curious situation was discovered), around 1,000 tons of honey are exported each year. The problem is that this blue or green honey is useless. Since it doesn't meet the standards expected of honey, it can't be legally marketed.
