From daily routines ๐๏ธ to seasonal transitions ๐, music can set the tone.
What music helps you reset and restart?
It really depends on what type of routine I am looking to get into.
When it comes to getting into a workout routine, I love using that time to check out new music.
Here are a few songs/albums I've been listening to recently:
When I need 2 restart I jam out 2 de Vega and I like to put some hot sauce so it's joe satrani and Buckethead Andy timmons I can also go with some great white and triumph and badlands firehouse candlebox then when I regain concunus I listen to cannons and enigma still corners and new constilations
Ma Meilleure Ennemie - Stromae & Pomme
I think this is a great song to just reset and restar, it has like power, and mystical and is just soothing and smooth, both voices are just perfect.
Lately I have been listening to Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson and it is a great song to reset due to the great beat and the lyrics.
@Pandora, My restart is every chance I get to read, and with that, I have made several playlists just for my reading time. The playlists that I use for reading depend on the type of reading I do. For example, when I read the Bible, I use one of these playlists. The Few is a 44-song playlist. This playlist I use when I know I'm going to spend at least two hours reading the Bible. Then there is 8 Is Enough But 9 Is Perfect. This playlist is for when I am going to spend an hour or less reading the Bible. Then I have these playlists for any other reading that I do. For My Reading Playlist this playlist is 7 songs south of 100. My Reading Playlist: this playlist is 11 songs south of 150. So, yes, this is what I do for my restart.
Take care and GOD bless.
I usually turn to upbeat tracks with either no lyrics or very minimal lyrics. That kind of music really helps me reset, focus, and find my rhythm again. ๐
Different stuff, depending on my mood. I always try to remember their is so much music, something new is always around the corner. The main requirement is Good Music opens up my life to new experiences.
I don't have a specific type of music, but usually when I start a new activity I change to a completely different genre or a different station, listen to a couple of songs to clear my mind and start the new activity.
Or when I'm starting to feel a bit drowsy or overwhelmed with an activity and kind of need to reset, I activate the shuffle until I find something that feels right and stick to that station.
