in the new Pandora screen I cannot scroll through and see all my collections to choose from. There is no "scroll down". Can this be fixed???
Moderator Edit: Edited title for clarity
Hi @MLaff ๐๐ป
The scroll bar won't be visible but you should still be able to use your mouse and keyboard to scroll on the screen.
Let me know if you have trouble.
@easyeddie Welcome to the community!
Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
Thanks for all your help with this.
I am trying to scroll through my collection on my computer. I would also like to know how to add to my collection.
Hey, @Rob1952.
Please provide a bit more info about how you're currently listening:
Let me know and I can follow up with you.
I'm also having this issue. I'm on a Mac using Chrome. I'm on the My Collection screen. If I zoom out, I can see more of the list, but I can't scroll down to see the rest. I tried Safari and it works fine, so I guess this is specific to Chrome. Here is a screenshot:
Hi @ryan_ogden thanks for posting to community! ๐งSorry to hear you're having trouble. Have you tried any standard troubleshooting for Chrome yet? If not, would you mind trying and reporting back?
You can find some helpful steps here. Let me know how itgoes. ๐ค
I'm listening on a mac desktop using safari browser. I'm unable to scroll through my collection. I allowed pop-up window for Pandora. Also, need to learn to shuffle stations without adding a station named Shuffle. Any suggestions on fixing the issue?
@pmcamp I moved your post to this thread since it sounds like you are running into a similar issue.
I recommend running through the troubleshooting steps listed here to see if it resolves this for you.

To address your question about shuffling stations:
You can follow the steps on this page to shuffle your stations on a computer.
Let me know how it goes.
when i open my app it doesnt have any option to scroll down to different stations. i have tried resetting and teinstalling but it doesnt change anything. Though when i open through my browser the scroll bar is there?
I am having the same issue on a laptop with Windoows 10. There is no slide on the right side of the screen, so I can only see the top line of all my stations, songs, etc. I am accessing via link on my desktop. When I look at details, it says I'm using Pandora Ink installed 12/13/19 and that I've had no previous versions. I installed Pandora on this laptop months ago, so I'm baffled.
Hi @dincyb sorry for any trouble! If you haven't already, let's try these troubleshooting steps:
First, try resetting the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). Press Alt on your keyboard to bring up a menu options at the top of the page, then select Help and Reset App Data.
If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling using the following steps:
Please note that downloading any application on your devices requires a Microsoft account and password, and it may be a different email address and password than those on your Pandora account.
Also, we do not support Pandora on unofficial OS releases, like preview or developer builds. We only support Pandora on configurations that we have fully tested, so as to ensure the application will work correctly and not cause any problems with functions of the device.
Let me know how it goes! ๐
Hi @lauracatlittle thanks for posting to community! I've moved your post to this thread because it sounds like you're having a simlar problem on your computer.
Can you let me know if you're on a Windows or a Mac? If you're using Windows, can you try the steps from the above post by clicking here.
If you're on Mac:
Try resetting the Pandora app from the Help menu (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). Select Help and then Reset App Data.
If that doesn't correct the issue, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app. Again, we'll keep track of your collection for you. To do that:
You can then use the following steps to reinstall the app:

*Minimum System Requirements: Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite or later.
It fixed the problem I wrote about, but caused another. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling. Now Pandora automatically opened as a tab in Google Chrome and automatically logged me in. There is, indeed, a slide over on the right side so I can scroll through my collections. However, if I click on the Pandora logo for the app on my desktop or access it by scrolling through the index of programs, it takes me to the login screen, but won't accept my email and password, which I know is my correct log-in. I really would like to be able to access it without getting Google Chrome involved in the process.
Thanks so much for letting us know, @dincyb.
Someone from our User Support team would be happy to help with this issue you're experiencing.
As you may know, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.
That being said, your password should work when you attempt to log in.
A specialist from our User Support team will follow up with you via email to assist.
Appreciate your patience during this process! ๐ง
I am also having this problem. Just switched to premium and cannot get a left to right scroll. I am using a google chromebook.
Hey there, @cindiydale. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're running into this issue as well.
Let me know, and I can provide troubleshooting steps /report this over to the appropriate team.
Using the Pandora app for Windows 10. I'll just say I'm disabled, and I use a trackball (no scroll wheel), and an on-screen keyboard when absolutely necessary. Is this lack of scroll bar a conscious decision? Is there a setting somewhere?

Hey there, @crab453. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the scroll bar.
I just checked on my MAC laptop and noticed the same thing for my web browser / desktop app.
My setting was "Show scroll bar: Set Automatically based on mousepad or trackpad". I changed this to "Always" and am now able to see the scroll bar.
Since the photo above is from a MAC laptop, are you able to check your settings for your scroll bar options on your Windows computer?
You can try:

Hope this information is helpful. ๐ง
Hello,
Hopefully this additional information helps.
1) I am using a Windows 10 PC and using the website not a desktop app.
2) There is no error message, just the scroll bar is grey on the playlist window and doesn't actually allow you to scroll.
I hope this issue gets resolved soon. I keep having to create new playlists and then under My Collection consolidating them.
