Desktop: Songs Won't Play Keeps Skipping

Hello.AlyssaPandora. Im having the same issue , where the songs just skip through and won't play. This is on a computer / laptop . though.

Thanks for your feedback around this. Each device is different and we handle troubleshooting differently depending on your device (ex. If you're having issues using the Pandora app on an Android, you'll clear the app data; but if you're on an iOS device, you would uninstall / reinstall). With network troubleshooting, we ask that you reboot your modem, especially if this issue occurs across multiple devices.

In the meantime, I'm happy to assist if you're having trouble listening / streaming Pandora. Could you share a bit more about what's happening?

  • What is the make and model of your device?
  • If you're using a computer, are you using a Windows or MAC?
    • Desktop App?
    • Or, are you using a browser? If so, which one?
  • Have you noticed any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?

having a similar issue with the website, except there is not anything playing whatsoever. Looks like it's paused, but when I hit the play button, the song skips and the button does not change (yes, it is the play button and not the skip button.) Nothing's fixing the issue.

I was using Firefox, and it wasn't giving any error messages that I noticed. Now I'm having an issue where certain artists' stations just never play in Firefox - it'll just sit like this forever. It works with a couple artists, but most never get past this point
