I can only find an answer for Android. any help for Mac / firefox?

I had CC breached and had to replace it.  I can't find a place to do that, no I'm just getting the free pandora.  I don't want to loose all of my stations if I start a new account.  I'm lost

Hi there, @terry3. 👋

Thanks for visiting the Pandora Community. I moved your post over to the Desktop space since you're having trouble with the songs not finishing on your Firefox browser.

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

That being said, you won't need to create a new account. Let's try some troubleshooting your web browser to see if that helps. I've included steps below.

Troubleshooting Firefox:

To check if this is a browser-related issue, try to open Pandora in a separate browser, such as Google Chrome.

If you're still having issues using Pandora in Firefox, try the following steps:

  1. Update Firefox.

  2. Clear your Cookies, Cache, and History:
    1. Open Firefox and select the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) and select Library.
    2. Select History and Clear Recent History. Make sure that Time range to clear is set to Everything.
    3. Ensure that the boxes for Cookies and Cache are marked. Click Clear now.
    4. Restart the browser and go back to Pandora.com.

  3. Disable Adblock and NoScript Extensions or allow pandora.com within them.

  4. Make sure you are accepting cookies from Pandora using the following instructions:
    1. Open Firefox and select the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) and select Preferences (if using Windows select Options).
    2. Select the Privacy& Security tab on the left.
    3. Go to Cookies and Site Data.
    4. Click Manage Permissions and enter "pandora.com" in the field labelled Address of website. Select Allow and Save Changes.

  5. If you are using an internet firewall or anti-virus program, it could be blocking portions of our site.  Try allowing access to www.pandora.com within those programs, and then try visiting our site again.  If this doesn't help, then try disabling such programs entirely as a test to see if this affects your issue.

  6. Try opening Pandora in an alternative browser like Chrome to see if you have any more luck.

  7. Finally, if the issue persists, try rebooting your computer and returning to https://www.pandora.com/

This is not at all the issue I’m having. I’m trying to update credit card info.

got it done but frustrating that it took 4 days.  Wish there was a place on the site that you can just update CC info, not start a new account.  I didn't try that sooner because I thought I might loose my stations and thumbprint.

Sorry to hear that, @terry3

To update your credit card in the future, you can use the following steps:

  • Make sure you're signed into your Pandora account on your preferred web browser
  • Click on the initial icon located in the top right corner
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Subscription

From here you'll be able manage your subscription options or update your billing information.
