Playback Stops, Individual Play Buttons Non-functional - Windows 10 Pro (Multiple Browsers)

Hi, I just converted to Pandora premium, and I'm experiencing issues with playback for collected albums. When I play an album (on shuffle or normal) it will play the first song, and then stops playback when the first song ends.

If I reload the page, all play-related buttons on the album pane become unresponsive until I begin playing from another station/album.

Additionally, the play buttons for individual songs in a collection are non-functional in all circumstances. I've tested the issue on both Chrome and Firefox. Disabling my adblocker and clearing my browser cache did not address the issue.

I'm using Windows 10 pro in an office environment.

Note that this issue does not occur when using the IOS app on the same network.

Hi Alyssa! No visible error messages are appearing. Let me know if there's any diagnostic tools in my browser that could provide useful information.

The issue has happened on every album I've attempted to play. Here's a list of some of the ones I've tried:

I opened up the console tab of Firefox's Web Developer mode to look and see if there were any obvious errors.

Here's what I saw upon reloading the player with Ublock Origin & Ghostery disabled:

And here's the console errors I received when clicking the play button for an individual song in an album:

This is the error that appeared when the first song of an album finished playing and the second song was not triggered:

Same approach with Chrome (ghostery + ublock disabled)

Upon failing to automatically play second song in an album there were no updates to the console log.

@Wumperous One more question for you - does this only happen when streaming Pandora while in the office?

Do you experience this same issue when streaming Pandora on your home computer?

I looked into it, and it seems I am in fact experiencing both issues at home.

When I attempt to play a particular song from an album:

Nothing happens

When I play an album

The first song finishes and does not proceed to the next song.

One new point of data:

When the first song of the album completed, I tried to advance to the next song manually using the Next button. Nothing happened, but this error appeared in the console log:

My home computer is using the latest version of Windows 10 Home with Chrome browser. Ublock Origin is installed, but was disabled at the time of testing.

I'd like to report this issue to our engineers for further investigation. Could you help by providing a little more info?

  1. Make and model of your device:
  2. Network (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/LTE):
  3. Pandora version (under Pandora Settings on the bottom left):
  4. Windows version & build: Windows 10 pro

Also, are you running a Preview Build of Windows? If so, are you in the fast ring or slow ring?

Work Computer: ??? Definitely intel 64bit motherboard and GTX 950 graphics card. Not sure if it's off-the-shelf or a custom-built machine.

3. Uhh... Whatever the current version of the public Pandora premier web app is? I'm experiencing issues with the web version of pandora, not mobile.
