@not1iwant I moved your post over to the Desktop space.

To clarify, did you need instructions on how to remove stations from your collection?

If so, you can use the following steps to delete a station from our website:

  1. Click My Collection at the top of the page.
  2. Hover over the album art of the station you want to delete. (It may help to sort your collection by Stations.)
  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots).
  4. Select Remove from your collection.

Let me know if this helps.

Hi @ramblinc, thanks for posting!

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

  1. Are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?
  2. Is there an error message when you try to remove the content form your collection? If so, what does it say?
  3. Could you please provide the name of the content you want to remove?

Let me know!

Hello
Thanks for your interest. I am using Pandora apps. One on Win 11 desktop and other on Android Samsung phone. Below the My Collection and other choices (guess you could call it a menu) I see album covers. Some represent stations I have set up and others are showing a single song. Would like to be rid of most of the single song types cluttering up the recently played songs showing up as album covers.

I have looked all over apps and online, but not seeing anything that helps. I have Premium service. I should be able to click, right or left doesn't matter, on the front of the one I want to "retire" and see a menu including delete or something similar. To pay for Premium and not be able to clean up the recently played is beyond understanding. I can not think of a program or app that I have used in the last 40 years that doesn't have some way to get rid of used or useless items.
I did a search for a song and found several versions from instrumental to different people singing, to movie versions. I only want to keep one. Tried to remove/delete others to no avail.

Any guidance or hellp appreciated, Picture of my recently played list from desktop app attached. There have been no error msgs that I recell.

Thank you.

Hi @ramblinc , thanks for explaining.

It looks like you are referring to the Recently Played Carrousel.

As the name mentions it displays the album art for the content that has been recently played on your account, even if it has not been added to your collection.

Unfortunately, at this moment, there's no way to remove the content displayed there, as it is showing the songs, albums, artists, playlists or stations that have been recently played, like a listening history, but if you continue to listen, the album art from the songs that are currently being displayed will eventually be replaced with new content.

While this is not currently a feature, you can share your idea with others on the community on the Idea's Space or upvote with a 💙 this existing idea: Ability to remove tracks from recently played & search history

Hope this helps!

Thanks for letting me know.  Won't waste time passing this on. If no one else has commented then guess they are not likely to think time spent on new coding is worth it. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
