I'm happy to help investigate, can you tell me a little more about your experience. Checking your account I see that you're currently listening from a web browser.
- Can you tell me which browser you're using?
- Additionally, does music not play, or does the music play but the timer bar not progress?
- To check if it's browser related, can you try a different browser to see if you run into the same experience.
- Lastly, can you please share a screen grab of what you're seeing when this happens.
