The last several days music suddenly stops playing and has to be manually started again, there's no continuous playing. Some songs stop midway through and can't be restarted. Anybody notice that too?
mod edit: updated title for clarity
@sylred I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.
Does this happen with all playlists, or only a specific playlist you are attempting to listen to?
If only one playlist, what is the name of it?
Additionally, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.
I look forward to hearing back.
@sylred Thanks for following up with that information.
It looks like you attempted to send us a screenshot, however it did not properly send.
Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments.
Can you please try resending the screenshot once more when accessing the link above?
Thanks again for all of your help!
I keep getting an error when I paste the image here. An unexpected Error has occurred.
oh, it went through, can you see it?
@sylred I moved your post over to this existing thread since you are experiencing the same issue: Web: Playback stops with "Something has gone wrong" error
I’ve escalated this to the proper team for further review. We’ll contact you if any additional input is required.

Any solution in sight? Still having same issue with Pandora. Only on computer
Adam, I have had this problem for several months now. Ever since I got my Win 11 Dell desktop computer. Happens with Pandora on FireFox, Chrome, or the Pandora app. But does Not happen on my Win 10 computer. I have tried all the suggestions for fixing. But on Win 11 computer still happens after several songs, then more and more often. Seems to me it is a Win 11 problem. Any suggestions? Please help.
We have been having this same issue for months. We use Pandora on a desktop computer to play music, playlists, on Chrome. The play will resume, but only for a short time and continuously stops.
We are running Windows 10 on an Dell computer 1908FP
DESK TOP - STILL HAVING THIS PROBLEM 2025. You would think that this issue would have been corrected?
I've been having this issue for a while too listening on Firefox browser on my Windows 11 PC. It started a few months ago, it will let me listen to about 15 songs before I get that exact error message. I have a stable connection as I'm listening on a hardwired device at work. I am a paid premium subscriber. I don't understand why there is a sudden onset of issues.
Hi @kiranadia , thanks for posting!
Sorry for the trouble. I've enabled a trace on the account linked to your community profile to help us better understand what's happening. For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to attempt to listen to Pandora as you normally would.
In the meantime, could you share a bit more information about this?
Let us know!
Hello,
I am not sure if this is the right spot to post this but I have been getting the message: "Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon" when trying to listen to full albums lately. It only happens when I am at my office computer- no problem at home via Google Nest or home computer or on my commute home on my phone. I have tried deleting cookies and cache and works for a couple of songs then I get the message again. Any tips? Sometimes I am just in the mood to listen to one certain album (currently the soundtrack to Flow ;-)).
Thanks,
Jessica

Hi Maria,
Thank you for replying and moving my post to the right place :-).
My work computer is Windows Microsoft 11, I am listening through the website and it happens with both Google Chrome (Version 142.0.7444.176) and Microsoft Edge (Version 142.0.3595.94).
Thank you again,
Jessica
