While response times might be slightly delayed during the holidays, we're still here to help. Thank you for your patience, and may your holiday season be filled with joy and the music you love.
I have deleted Al Green Radio from my account many times but it keeps reappearing each time I log on. After a couple weeks I have to delete the abundance of Al Green Radio stations. How can I get it permanently deleted. I just want David Lanz, Carrie Newcomer, and O Holy Night.

@tombassarear1 It sounds like you may need to check the bookmark that you use to access Pandora.
It should only be: https://www.pandora.com
If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem.
Let me know if this helps.
Can anyone tell me why Pandora continues to add Soft Rock to my collection after I have repeatedly removed it?
@stvbchy Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?
Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

I can't figure out how to reply that satisfies this system. This is my third attempt: the advice solved the problem
Happy to hear it, @tombassarear1.

For a few months now, Soft Rock gets added to my collection and is the first thing that is played-I generally have shuffle on. I delete the station and within a few hours, there is is again. Only notice it on my MacBook (if I listen on my phone I am busy and looking at my phone). Any way to permanently get this station removed?
Thanks for following up, @stvbchy.
I moved your post over to this existing thread: Deleted station always restores itself when logging in
