Option to create a station is greyed out

Why is there no ability to make or start a station with the group Blackbriar or one of their songs?

@AdamPandora, I am having trouble figuring out how to report a similar problem as well with a few different artists - Austenyo, Kevin Walkman, spellcasting, and metaroom (there are multiple duplicate profiles for this artist.) Who should I contact, and where? Thank you!

Start Station is grayed out for artist Pedro Ponde and many others I've tried

I've had this problem many times where I find a new song or artist I like and the Start Station button for it is grayed out.  Most of these are Brazilian artists.

Additionally, what are the names of some of the other artists you are unable to create stations for?

I can't create a station for William Augusto or any of their songs. As well, to my knowledge this artist shows up three distinct times in the search despite being, as far as I can tell, the same artist.
