Shuffle disappeared when upgrading to Premium

I have a my wedding this weekend and shuffle wasn’t working on the free plan so I upgraded to premium now it’s not there at all. I need to be able to play my list at random or it’s not going to be a great time having to change songs for the entire reception manually. On the pandora phone application

If you upgrade to Pandora Premium, you'll automatically be transitioned into the Premium experience, which looks a little different from our free or Plus experiences. 

Shuffle is located in a different area of the app depending on if you are upgraded to Pandora Premium, or if you are on the free/Plus service.

How to Shuffle with Premium:

Shuffling from the My Collection page:

  • Premium listeners can go to My Collection, and sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations.
  • All tiers can switch between Shuffle All and a custom shuffle: just click the carat (down arrow) on the Shuffle On icon and choose either Shuffle All or Custom.

I recently upgraded to the Family Premium plan and now have no shuffle feature on Samsung phone app or the website on desktop.

I'll be happy to check this for you. Can you tell me more about this?

  1. Are you having trouble finding the option to shuffle your stations or what happens when you try to activate the shuffle?
  2. Is this only happening on your iPhone or on any device as well?
  3. Do you see an error message?

Hello,

No, I upgraded to Premium and as soon as I did the shuffle option was not
there anymore. I have it on my desktop computer but on my iphone 14 app it
is not available anymore.

I am also having trouble getting the shuffle option once I upgraded. Sometimes it’s there but mostly not.

I'm in the same boat. Switched to pandora premium and no longer have the shuffle button on my phone or pc. I tried all the troubleshooting with no luck. 

Phone: Samsung s22 plus and widows 11 pc.

@twodollardoug Thanks for sending that screenshot over.

It looks like your collection is still sorted by ALL.

Sort your collection by either Stations or Songs, and you should see the option to shuffle.
