I used to be able to adjust sound on Samsung, but no longer able to. Can increase volume but not lower it! Using via Amazon Firestick with Samsung remote. No luck with any of the remotes.
Suggestion as to reducing sound level to make it softer for background music?

Hi @meaoakland! Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the volume.
Are you only having trouble with lowering the volume when listening to Pandora?
Since the Pandora is found on your Amazon Firestick, I'm happy to offer some troubleshooting steps that may help.
First I recommend unplugging the stick from the TV for at least 5 minutes. Then reconnecting and signing back in.
If you're still having trouble, let's try clearing the app data.
- From the Home screen, select Settings > Applications > Manage All Installed Applications;
- Select Pandora from the list;
- From here, clear the cache and/or data. This may help resolve various intermittent performance issues.
Let me know how it goes.
