I'm having the same problem on my Supersonic 42” Smart WiFi Full HDTV SC-4250GTV. Any chance there is fix for this?

Hi @bknerd42! Thanks for posting.
We believe that this had been resolved. I've gone ahead and created a new ticket for your experience and passed this along to our engineering team for further investigation.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Hi @Rlj! Sorry to hear this is happening.
Can you let me know the model number of your Android TV? While I don't have any troubleshooting steps to offer, I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation. Thank you!

I am having the same problem. Started about 2 weeks ago. My tv is Hisense 50-Inch Class
H8 Quantum Series Android 4K ULED Smart TV with Voice Remote (50H8G, 2020
Model). Pandora is a preinstalled app, I have disabled and enabled it twice but the
problem still exists. When started the normal screen with the song's cover and
background appears. At some point the screen zooms in so only a small portion of
the cover shows. When an ad is playing the screen is black. Below are after and before pictures.

@hsm78 Thanks for reporting your experience.
Let's run through some troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the issue.
Try clearing the cache and data of the Pandora app on your TV device:
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select the Settings Gear icon ⚙️
- Follow the steps according to your TV menu:
- Select Apps → See all apps → Show system apps.
- Select Apps.
- Under System apps, select Pandora.
- Select Clear cache, then select Ok.
- If the issue still occurs, move on to the next step.
- Select Clear data, then select Ok.
- If displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then Ok.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for trying those steps, @hsm78. The only other recommendation I have would be to power cycle your TV by unplugging it for at least 5 minutes, and then trying again.
In the meantime, I've passed your experience to our engineering team for further investigation. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
