DirecTV - No Sound

I'm having the same problem on my Sony tv using Direct TV. Can't find a solution.........No sound. Can you help me. Tv is ok on regular channels. Pandora says it is playing, but no sound. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same problem. Can you help?  DCIC

I solved the problem. As a last resort, I rebooted my routerand modem. It worked. No more problem. Thank you.

No sound on Dish after one song but indicator bars show song is playing.

No error message.

Hi @jjmagoo - welcome to community! 👋

I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile, and while I don't see a DISH device I do see an Android TV most recently associated with your account and a Sony TV from 2016.

Can you confirm if the Pandora app is located on the TV itself or another device, such as a receiver?

@jjmagoo Sounds like you may have another Pandora account. I double checked the account associated with your community profile and I only see an Android TV and a Sony TV - no DISH devices.
