Pandora won't consistently start on my Homepod Mini. After a reset, it will work at least once. A day or more later, after saying "Hey Siri, play Pandora," Siri will respond with ,"one sec......working on that....we've had a problem." Has anyone else had this happened?

Hi @brb408wpb! Thanks for posting.
I was testing this on my own HomePod and wasn't able to replicate. I enabled a trace to help investigate. Can you do me a favor and replicate while the trace is enabled.
In the meantime, I've passed along your experience to our engineering team.

I looked into the HomePod settings on HomeKit to enable trace, but didn't see where to do it. Do you know where that feature is located?
@brb408wpb The trace is something that we set on your account on our end.
Can you please try and replicate the issue you reported once more?
Let us know when that has been done.

Got it. The last two times I've asked Siri to play Pandora on the HomePod mini, the device has worked. I'll keep trying it until it fails, then let you know the time that occurred. So far so good.
Sounds good, @brb408wpb.
We'll keep an eye out on this thread for any other updates from you.
